The Reluctant Gardener

The window boxes got planted today. Somehow it wasn't as much fun as doing the patio. I had cleaned the boxes yesterday and left them out to dry.

This year I didn't plant as densely, only 3 in the longer boxes and 2 in the shorter ones. I secured them with only the tie wraps, getting rid of the wire I used previously. The wraps are supposed to be secure to 175 lbs. Got the first couple wrong. Finally figured how to hide the connection.

I had 2 plants that I left until tomorrow. It was very tiring today, and, boy, did I wish the pool was opened. We are late on that this year, because our pool store has moved.
